Mazda6 Owners Club | M6OC

Now my wedding is done and my honeymoon is almost over I shall have a bit more spare time to spend on here!

I have a few ideas but as we're such a close club I want to hear your ideas too! I can't guarantee they'll be implemented but if they're liked I'll try my best!

- My first thought is to drop the "UK Owners Club" and just have it as the Mazda6 Owners Club, potentially buy .com domain too. We have quite a few international members already but with the drop of the UK we may grow more! What do you think?

- I'll also be remaking the club banners at the top so will run a thread asking for owners car pics when the time comes... look into another vinyl design too and also make the small "M6OC" ones be readily available. If anyone fancies chipping in with some photoshop skills you're more than welcome!

- Club Vendors - You may have noticed Versatune have joined as a new club vendor... this happened quicker than I thought, in a good way! I will be looking into more useful and appropriate club vendors and approaching them to see if they want to be a part of them club. I will be asking club vendors to donate something to the club in return to support the club. Any ideas of companies you think may be useful, please let me know.

- Club shows - This will be something I will be looking at getting us into more. If I won't be attending them myself I will ask someone that will be to take a lead role.

Any ideas please chuck them at me!

Yep i think the idea of becoming INTERNATIONAL is a great one. GLOBAL DOMINATION what a thought Mind you i think i can just about send a photo when you want If i haven't forgotten by then The rest of your ideas look good to me. But the thought of putting another vinyl at the bottom of thr rear screen would give me nightmares it's alright for you guys with hatchbacks but putting at the bottom of the saloon rear screen and getting it straight Well my one is staying there unless it falls off.

Juat a couple of questions Ross on the revamp were you going to put the thanks symbol back on the posts I Know you have been tied up you hope with other things just wonderd if you forgot
Also with any new vinyls a size that fits in the 6s rear quarter lights and a colour that shows well through the tinted glass would be nice being selfish git as i am.

When I had to rebuild the forum I used a newer version of phpbb which didn't support the old thanks mod. Will see if there's a new version now

Sounds great.... though i have had many a club sticker i have found that the dial ones are a nightmare to put on inside the back window, of the last 2 i got i only got 3 quarters of one on the window ... let me know when .coms are available . Any excuse to picture my car too.

i wouldnt mind being more involved with club too ... cant do photoshop stuff but i am sure there is something i can do to help.

Yeah I heard some people had issues with the rev style vinyls. Will hopefully have a better design when I get my thinking cap on!

What areas would you like / able to help in max

Meets or events in the Midlands area I do have access to a printing company so could help stickers to t shirts and I know they do flyers to banners too.
